    Abstract: An enclosed switchboard includes a stationary contact connected to a load, and a drawout type circuit breaker including a movable contact and movable between a connected position in which the movable contact is in engagement with the stationary contact and a disconnected position in which the movable contact is out of engagement with the stationary contact. The enclosed switchboard is provided with a test contact member which is arranged to engage with the stationary contact when the circuit breaker is drawn out. A plug socket connected to the test contact member is mounted on the switchboard at readily accessible position thereof for connecting an insulation tester.
