  • Patent number: 10843478
Abstract: A printing apparatus to which plural ink tanks can be attached includes a print unit performing printing using ink of plural colors, a first determination unit to determine that a remaining amount of ink in any of plural ink tanks is lower than a predetermined amount, and a second determination unit to determine that order information for the ink tank has been transmitted to a server, based on a memory provided in the ink tank that stores predetermined information. When it is determined the remaining amount of a predetermined ink tank is less than the predetermined amount and the order information for the predetermined ink tank is yet to be transmitted, order information is transmitted for the predetermined ink tank, to the server, based on detection that an ink tank is attached to the printing apparatus.

  • Patent number: 10470653
Abstract: An image processing apparatus includes a tomographic signal obtaining unit that obtains tomographic signals of light beams, the light beams respectively having a different polarization from each other and being obtained by splitting combined light obtained by combining return light and reference light, the return light being from an object to be inspected that is irradiated with measuring light, and an information obtaining unit that obtains three-dimensional polarization tomographic information, and three-dimensional motion contrast information of the object to be inspected, by commonly using at least one of the obtained tomographic signals. In addition, an extracting unit extracts a specific region of the object to be inspected using the obtained three-dimensional polarization tomographic information, and an image generating unit generates a motion contrast enface image of the extracted specific region using the obtained three-dimensional motion contrast information.

  • Publication number: 20190283439
Abstract: A printing apparatus is provided. The apparatus comprises a print unit that performs printing using a consumable, a determiner that determines that a remaining amount of the consumable in a container housing the consumable is lower than an amount, and a controller that, upon a condition where it is determined that the remaining amount of the consumable is less than the amount and it is determined that order information for the consumable is yet to be transmitted, causes the order information of the consumable to be transmitted, and causes a memory provided in the container to store information indicating that the order information has been sent, wherein, if the information indicating that the order information has been sent is not stored in the memory, the controller determines that the order information is yet to be transmitted.

  • Publication number: 20180003479
Abstract: The present invention relates to accurately determining a contour of a depolarizing region. An image processing apparatus extracts a depolarizing region in a polarization-sensitive tomographic image of a subject's eye, and detects, in a tomographic intensity image of the subject's eye, a region corresponding to the extracted depolarizing region.
