  • Publication number: 20230107313
Abstract: A traveling operation device of a crawler-type aerial work platform including an operation of an enable switch by one hand is provided. An enable switch and a changeover switch are disposed on an operation rod main body at positions where the enable switch and the changeover switch are operable by fingers gripping the operation rod main body of an operation rod during traveling so that all of them are operable by one hand. When a controller receives a switching command signal in accordance with the operation of the changeover switch in a state of usual travel control according to tilt of the operation rod in front-rear and right-left directions, the controller stops the usual travel control to transition the usual travel control to spin turn control that rotates motors in mutually opposite directions and turns the platform on the spot.

  • Publication number: 20220281730
Abstract: During raising of a deck, a floor surface of the deck is irradiated, in a parallel-plane shape, with laser light serving as a planar beam from a prescribed height on one end side of the deck, and a laser-light-passing surface, which is a surface through which the planar beam passes, is produced. The laser-light-passing surface is imaged at an oblique angle from below a laser generator by an imaging device capable of capturing an image of light having the wavelength of the laser light. When an upward obstacle reaches the laser-light-passing surface, a reflected part of the planar beam appears in the image due to the upward obstacle, and the appearance of the reflected part with respect to a detection region that includes a position above the deck is monitored, whereby the approach of the upward obstacle toward the deck can be reliably detected.

  • Patent number: 9695720
Abstract: In a continuous regeneration type exhaust gas post-processing apparatus equipped with an oxidation catalyst (DOC) and a diesel particulate filter (DPF), reliably removing particulate matter (PM) deposited to the DOC for maintaining the activity performance of DOC. The present invention relates to a method of forcibly regenerating a continuous regeneration type exhaust gas post-processing apparatus installed in an engine-driven generator equipped with a generator body driven by a diesel engine. When the engine is in a predetermined light load running state during forced regeneration in which intake gas to the engine is restricted to increase a temperature of exhaust gas, a heater actuated with electricity generated by the generator body switches ON in order to increase a load on the engine and thus a DOC inlet temperature of the exhaust gas post-processing apparatus to a burning temperature of PM deposited in the DOC or more.

  • Patent number: 8166999
Abstract: A use condition of gas equipment is monitored. An abnormality determination unit 26 determines whether or not a use flow volume obtained by detecting a flow velocity obtained by measuring a signal transfer time in a medium using a flow velocity detection unit 17 and converting the detected flow velocity into a flow volume using a flow volume calculation unit 25. When the shutoff unit 27 shuts off a fluid path 1 when it is determined that there is abnormality, a return signal is output from a return unit 28 to a shutoff unit 27 in order to use the gas again by opening the fluid path. Simultaneously, when a return time-counting unit 29 starts the time-counting operation, and then, a predetermined time period has been elapsed, the flow volume calculation unit 25 determines whether or not a predetermined flow volume of greater flows in order to identify whether or not all of the gas plugs of the gas equipment connected to the downstream of the gas shutoff apparatus 27 are closed.

  • Patent number: 6714649
Abstract: In a pay broadcasting system, data of a broadcast program is scrambled with a scramble key updated in a short period. The scramble key is encrypted with a first key assigned to the subscriber terminal. The first key is encrypted with a first master key set in the subscriber terminal. The security of a broadcast program stored for subsequent use in the subscriber terminal is enhanced as follows. A central station generates a second key-encrypted scramble key by encrypting the scramble key with a second key different from the first key and changeable in an interval shorter than a update interval of the first key; generates an encrypted second key by encrypting the second key with a second master key which has been commonly issued to subscriber terminals of the system; and broadcast the second key-encrypted scramble key and the encrypted second key together with the scrambled data of the program, the first key-encrypted scramble key and the encrypted first key in a multiplexed manner.

  • Patent number: 5738184
Abstract: A muffler for a two-stroke internal combustion engine has an expansion chamber into which a rush of exhaust gas is introduced from the engine. In the vicinity of an exhaust gas inlet from the engine into the expansion chamber, the muffler has an external air intake for external air to be suctionally introduced into the expansion chamber by the rush of exhaust gas. With the external air introduced, carbon monoxide (CO) emission into the ambient is reduced.

  • Patent number: 5440083
Abstract: An exhaust muffler of this invention is constituted of a muffler main body having an opening, a muffler cover closing this opening of said muffler main body and being capable of attachment and removal, a partition separating said muffler main body and said muffler cover, and a long exhaust extension pass formed by combination of said partition and said muffler cover and extending by meandering in said muffler cover. On said partition, a communicating hole is provided to communicate between said muffler main body side and said muffler cover side. A catalyst is provided on the surface of said partition facing said muffler main body to purify exhaust gas. Thus, exhaust gas introduced into said muffler main body flows into the space formed by said muffler cover through said communicating hole after purified by said catalyst. This exhaust gas passes meandering through said exhaust extension pass during which exhaust gas is sufficiently cooled down and then discharged into atmosphere.

  • Patent number: 5303046
Abstract: In a video signal processing apparatus for correcting time axis errors using a memory, with replacement of a horizontal sync signal in a video signal read out from the memory by a reference horizontal sync signal, data appearing in a vertical flyback period is not lost. A vertical flyback period detecting circuit functioning as an inhibiting means detects the vertical flyback period and produces a detection signal. An AND gate gates the detection signal and a reference horizontal sync signal generated from a sync signal generating circuit, so that a replacement of the horizontal sync signal is inhibited during the vertical flyback period, and an address, a time code and an ID code which have been inserted during the vertical flyback period are not lost.
