    Abstract: The target content selecting unit selects a first image from the content storage unit. The relevance calculating unit calculates relevance of second images to the first image by use of the metadata. The display content selecting unit identifies a second image selected before the first image, based on the history information, and selects the identified second image and any second images that satisfy a selection condition regarding the relevance. The output information generating unit generates output information that is used for displaying first selection information from which the first image can be selected and second selection information from which second images can be selected, on the display device.
