Abstract: A disk apparatus comprises a carriage rotatably arranged in the case, and a magnetic head supported on the carriage. A voice coil motor for rotating the carriage includes a yoke fixed to the case, a magnet fixed to the yoke, and a coil mounted on the carriage and facing the magnet. A carriage locking mechanism for locking the carriage in a stop position includes a locking magnet and a magnetic member fixed directly to the yoke and the carriage, respectively. The magnetic member is attracted by the magnetic force of the locking magnet to lock the carriage in the stop position, when the carriage is rotated to the stop position. An elastic member is fitted on the locking magnet so as to abut against the magnetic member to relieve the shock and to define a predetermined gap between the magnetic member and the locking magnet when the carriage is rotated to the stop position.
Abstract: A magnet is provided on the inner circumferential surface of a hub rotatable about a central axis C of the motor, and a stator is arranged inside the inner circumferential surface of the hub to oppose the magnet. The stator core of the stator is formed by stacking substantially annular, plate-shaped core forming members, and has an annular portion arranged to be coaxial with the central axis, a plurality of winding portions projecting from the annular portion radially, and pole portions formed on the extending ends of the respective winding portions and opposing the magnet. Each winding portion is squeezed in the stacking direction by plastic formation such that its thickness is smaller than those of the annular portion and pole portion. A coil is wound on each squeezed winding portion.
Abstract: There is provided a magnetic disk apparatus wherein a hub is rotatably mounted on a hub holder of a bracket via bearings. A stator core and a motor coil are mounted on the outer side of the hub holder, and a yoke and magnet are mounted on the hub, thereby constituting a spindle motor. A magnetic disk is placed on a flange provided at one end portion of the hub. The disk is fixed between the flange and a disk clamper with a spacer interposed between the clamper and the disk. The bracket is formed of aluminum or a plastic material. A reinforcement plate made of an ion-based material or a ceramic material on a bottom surface of the bracket. Since the reinforcement plate is attached to the bracket, the rigidity of the bracket and the rigidity of the motor disk assembly can be increased without increasing the thickness of the bracket.
Abstract: A floor coating agent applying machine having propelling wheels attached to a machine body and an applying device for applying floor coating agent onto a floor surface by an applying member. The applying device is vertically movably mounted on the machine body between a free-lift state where the device is lowered, by a dead weight thereof, relative to the machine body to place the applying member into pressure contact with the floor surface and a lift-up state where the applying member is lifted up away from the floor surface. A control member is provided for selectably bringing the applying device into the free-lift state or the lift-up state.
Abstract: A floor coating liquid applying machine having a propelling machine body, a liquid feed device driven to reciprocate along a transverse direction of the machine body and a liquid feed pump. The feed pump includes an elastic pump tube connecting between a liquid tank and the liquid feed device, a rotary pump member operatively connected with the elastic pump tube, a feed portion disposed along a rotational direction of the rotary pump member, with the feed portion being operable in response to rotation of the rotary pump member for causing the elastic pump tube to elastically deform to squeeze out the liquid therein into the liquid feed device and a receiver portion disposed aside the feed portion for causing the elastically deformed pump tube to resile so as to introduce further liquid from the tank into the elastic pump tube.

A concave portion corresponding to the mechanical portion is formed in the base. On the upper side of the base the mechanical portion is arranged and is covered with a cover. On the under side of the base the electrical parts are arranged and the taller electrical parts equipped on the printed wired board and are arranged in the concave portion of the base.
Abstract: A structure for securing the trim cover assembly of a seat back in an automotive seat is disclosed in which the seat back is formed in the back thereof with a slit extending along the internal periphery of the seat back. The end portions of a front-side trim cover assembly for covering the front side of the seat back are inserted through the slit and are fixed to the interior of the seat back. The securing portions of hard material disposed in the peripheral end portions of a back-side trim cover assembly for covering the back side of the seat back are inserted through the slit and thereafter, due to the tension of the back-side trim cover assembly, are engaged with the inner side of the slit.
