  • Patent number: 10310010
Abstract: A probe apparatus includes a stage, a first and a second imaging device, a first and a second imaging optical unit, and a projection optical unit. The stage is movable in horizontal and vertical directions. The first imaging device picks up an image of a probe needle which is made to contact with an electrode of a device formed on a surface of the substrate. The first and second imaging optical units include optical systems for performing an image pickup by using the first and second imaging devices, respectively. The second imaging device picks up an image of the electrode held on the stage. The projection optical unit includes an optical system that projects an optical target mark, used in a position alignment of the first and the second imaging device, onto each of image forming units of the first and second imaging devices at the same time.

  • Patent number: 6263201
Abstract: This invention makes it possible to link separately employed pagers, PHS, and other data terminals with computer networks such as the Internet, and to schedule transfer of data to the data terminals. In a system for transferring message to pagers from user terminals connected to the Internet, a user terminal indicates to a transmission server the time for message transfer, and the transmission server, using a code conversion table, converts the message to the code adapted to the particular pager service provider and pager terminal, and transmits the message to the pager terminal at the indicated time.

  • Patent number: 6263202
Abstract: A communication system is provided whereby desired information can be transmitted in accordance with conditions and the application. The communication system includes a PHS terminal and a provider system that is capable of information communication with this terminal. The PHS terminal has a voice recognition section that receives voice from a microphone and recognises the received voice signal, an input device that selects the output form of the voice signal, a conversion section that converts the recognised voice signal with the selected output form, and a transceiver that transmits the converted voice signal to the provider equipment; the converted voice signal is further transferred from the provider system to another destination wireless communication terminal device. This output form includes for example “dialect”, “intonation/imitated voice of a celebrity etc.” or “modulation”. Conversion filters convert the voice signal in accordance with these.
