  • Publication number: 20050048302
Abstract: Disclosed herein are a release sheet and a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet with release sheet. The release sheet and the pressure sensitive adhesive sheet with release sheet of the present invention are hard to give adverse effects to hard disk drives or the like, when a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet peeled off from the release sheet is attached to the hard disk drives or the like. The pressure sensitive adhesive sheet with release sheet has a structure in which a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet comprised from a pressure sensitive adhesive layer and a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet base is adhered to a release sheet comprised from a releasing agent layer and a release sheet base, wherein the pressure sensitive adhesive layer is in contact with the releasing agent layer. The release sheet includes a releasing agent layer comprised of an olefin-based thermoplastic elastomer and a polyolefin resin, and a release sheet base. The density of the olefin-based thermoplastic elastomer is less than 0.

  • Patent number: 6827997
Abstract: A pressure sensitive adhesive sheet is described. In addition, a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet that includes a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet and a release sheet that is removably attached to the pressure sensitive adhesive sheet is described. The release sheet comprises a release sheet base and a releasing agent layer provided on the release sheet base. The releasing agent layer is substantially free of silicone compound. The base of the pressure sensitive adhesive sheet and the release sheet base are formed from a plastic film or a lint-free paper, and the count of generated particles having a diameter of 0.1 &mgr;m or more generated from the pressure sensitive adhesive sheet with the release sheet is equal to or less than 100 particles/liter when measured according to Test Method for the Measurement of Particle Generation from Sheet Materials determined by SEMI G67-0996.

  • Publication number: 20040071919
Abstract: A pressure sensitive adhesive article which hardly gives adverse effects caused by silicone compound and which has an improved releasability that makes it possible to peel off a release sheet from a pressure sensitive adhesive layer with a small release force is provided. Such a pressure sensitive adhesive article 1A is constituted from a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet 2A and a release sheet 3A. The pressure sensitive adhesive sheet 2A comprises a base material 21 of the pressure sensitive adhesive sheet 2A and a pressure sensitive adhesive layer 22. The release sheet 3A comprises a release sheet base material 31 and a releasing agent layer 32. The releasing agent layer 32 is constituted of polyolefin resin having a density of 0.94 g/cm3 or less. A wetting tension at the surface of the releasing agent layer 32 which faces the pressure sensitive adhesive layer 22 measured according to JIS K 6768 is 33 mN/m or less.

  • Publication number: 20020155244
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet and a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet with a release sheet which hardly give adverse effects to hard disc drives or the like. The pressure sensitive adhesive sheet with the release sheet is constructed from a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet having a pressure sensitive adhesive base and a pressure sensitive adhesive layer, and a release sheet having a release sheet base and a releasing agent layer, and the release sheet is adhered onto the pressure sensitive adhesive sheet so that the releasing agent layer contacts with the pressure sensitive adhesive layer. In this pressure sensitive adhesive sheet with the release sheet, the content of silicone compound in the pressure sensitive adhesive sheet is preferably equal to or less than 500 &mgr;g/m2. Further, it is preferable that the amount of gas generated from the pressure sensitive adhesive sheet at a temperature of 85° C. for 30 minutes is equal to or less than 20 mg/m2.

  • Patent number: 4443101
Abstract: A copying machine in which a toner image is transferred from an image retaining member to a recording paper and, after the transfer of said toner image, said recording paper is separated from said image retaining member and ejected to the outside of said machine. When said recording paper is attached to said image retaining member due to a separation failure, a detector of the separation failure produces a detection signal for displacing a recording paper conveying device to open the passage of said recording paper and to separate said recording paper onto said conveying device. Said detector comprises a light-emitting element and a light-receiving element and is disposed in the vicinity of a passage provided specifically for the forcibly separated recording paper, so as to detect only said forcibly separated recording paper.

  • Patent number: 4415261
Abstract: An improved platen cover for overlying original documents disposed atop a transparent plate for optical scanning in a copying machine includes marks or patterns on its surface facing the transparent plate. The marks or patterns are placed on the platen cover surface utilizing a fluorescent paint so that the marks or patterns do not reproduce on or degrade the quality of the copy of the original document operatively produced by the machine.

  • Patent number: 4401382
Abstract: In the absence of normal sheet separation by a main separating device, a second back-up type sheet separating device is provided downstream from the main separating device for removing copy sheets from the photoconductive drum surface of an electrostatic copier. The secondary sheet separating device consists of a separating blade which is maintained in a predetermined spaced relation to the photoconductive drum surface by virtue of its mounting on a pivotally supported roller.

  • Patent number: 4128756
Abstract: A count control apparatus for controlling a photocopying machine is constructed to be enabled by a copy command signal to effect repetitive photocopying operations and to generate a sheet number pulse for each photocopying operation wherein a desired number of sheets being photocopied by said photocopying machine is preset by a keyboard or the like. The sheet number pulses are counted, the preset number is compared with the count number, and the copy command signal is generated in response to a comparison of the count value with the preset value. Normally the copy command signal is conditioned by a comparison of the count number with the preset number. However the copy command signal is prevented from being conditioned by the comparison in response to a manual changing of the presetting whereby the copy command signal is conditioned in a different manner during the changing of the presetting, whereby a differently conditioned copy command signal is provided.
