  • Publication number: 20110139092
Abstract: Provided is a reheat boiler in which the imbalance in temperature distribution of the temperature of the combustion gas at the outlet of a reheat furnace is reduced by changing the gas flow pattern in the reheat burner. A reheat boiler includes a main boiler configured such that main combustion gas generated in combustion in a burner flows from a furnace through a superheater and evaporator tubes, a reheat furnace that is disposed on the downstream of the evaporator tubes and produces reheat combustion gas by combustion in a reheat burner, and a reheater disposed above the reheat furnace. A closing plate, serving as a drift preventing portion, is provided at a reheat furnace outlet that connects the reheat furnace and the reheater to form a flow path for the combustion gas and the reheat combustion gas so as to narrow the cross-sectional area of the flow path for the combustion gas.

  • Publication number: 20100251945
Abstract: Provided is a marine boiler structure that is capable of remedying non-uniformity in corrosion progression by making the temperature distribution of combustion gas that passes through a superheater uniform, and that is also capable of reducing the level of NOx contained in the combustion gas. In a marine boiler structure configured such that combustion gas generated by combustion in a burner flows from a furnace through a superheater and an evaporator tube bundle, a bottom air port that supplies part of the combustion air as bottom air from a furnace bottom portion of the furnace is provided, the bottom air port is positioned closer to the superheater relative to a burner center line, and an ejecting direction of the bottom air is set within a range inclining in the burner direction from the vertically upward direction.

  • Publication number: 20100236501
Abstract: A reheat boiler according to the present invention includes a main boiler configured to make combustion gas originating from combustion in a burner flow from a furnace (102) and pass through a super heater and an evaporation tube bank, a reheat furnace (108) including a reheat burner (107) provided downstream of the evaporation tube bank, and a reheater (109) provided on the upper side of the reheat furnace (108), and also includes a combustion air supply portion (12) that is provided at a position opposite to the reheat burner (107) in the reheat furnace (108) to supply a part of the combustion air as combustion air (11b). By making combustion gas (107a) and the combustion air (11b) collide head-on to facilitate mixing of the combustion gas (107a) with the combustion air (11b), the flow patterns of the combustion gas are changed, whereby temperature unevenness of the combustion gas (107a) at the outlet of the reheat furnace (108) is reduced.

  • Patent number: 7669104
Abstract: In a forward error correction method and a forward error correction addition apparatus, error correction is performed on the basis of data, to which forward error correction code is added, transmitted through a network to output decoded data. The data transmitted through the network includes information bits represented by an information bit matrix with n rows and m columns (n, m are natural numbers), and redundancy bits represented by an odd number of redundancy information bit rows and an odd number of redundancy information bit columns based on the information bit matrix, which are provided in the row direction and in the column direction of the information bit matrix respectively. The redundancy bits are the forward error correction code.

  • Publication number: 20080267827
Abstract: A contents transfer apparatus applicable to various chemical reaction cartridges for general purpose, and a chemical reaction system are provided. The contents transfer apparatus comprises a plurality of members, arrayed substantially continuously, and driving means for independently driving the plurality members. Since the plurality of members are driven independently of each other, it is possible to transfer the contents of the cartridge with the same operation as made by use of rollers, and also possible to transfer the contents with more smooth pulsative operation.
