    Abstract: This disclosure provides isolated antibodies that specifically bind to the C-C Motif Chemokine Receptor 8 (CCR8) expressed on the surface of a cell and exhibit various functional properties, including properties that are desirable in a diagnostic antibody. These properties include binding with high affinity and specificity to CCR8-expressing cells, such as tumor-infiltrating, activated CD4+FOXP3high Tregs, and binding to a human CCR8 (hCCR8) epitope outside the N-terminal domain of hCCR8 to which most therapeutic anti-CCR8 antibodies bind.
