It also provides hygiene by preventing the contact of stored food products with the galvanized plate (4). The wall plate is consisting of stainless steel plates (2, 3) shaped in order to fit perfectly to the galvanized plate (4) which are cut in different sizes. Steel plates which are used have 0.01-2 mm thickness, lowers the total cost when compared to other materials used in terms of cost.
