    Abstract: A system may include databases associated with a departments of an enterprise, such that the databases include data regarding a set of members of a respective department. The system may also include a processor that executes computer-executable instructions that cause the processor to receive a lifecycle event that corresponds with an employee of the enterprise, determine one or more activity sets based on the event. The activity sets may include a list of activities to be performed by one or more departments of the plurality of departments. The processor may then identify members of the set of members to perform the activities, and send updates to one or more respective databases of the plurality of databases regarding the progress of the activities. The processor may then generate a visualization to be depicted on a display, such that the visualization tracks a progress of the activities.
