    Abstract: The present invention creates an order parts list 31 based on order information 15 to record on a memory storage 21 of computer after allocating the parts existing in a inventory list 32. After the order is confirmed, it also determines whether parts in the order parts list 31 exist in the latest inventory list 32 and refers to priority order information 33 indicating shipment priority order for each part listed on the latest inventory list 32 and creates a confirmed parts list 34 reallocating the above parts having the highest priority.
