  • Patent number: 11366573
Abstract: A service descriptor file is retrieved from a remote database by a server, where the service descriptor file describes a service corresponding to a service-specific chatbot requested by a user. The received service descriptor is parsed to obtain a capability and relevant service data associated with the service. The service-specific chatbot is generated with at least one object that is based on the obtained capability and relevant service data, where the at least one object includes intents, expressions, and skills that correspond to the service. The generated service-specific chatbot is provided to the user through at least one channel to enable an interaction with the service-specific chatbot with a graphical user interface.
    Type: Grant

  • Publication number: 20200134541
Abstract: Methods and systems are used for determining new teams. Personality data associated with one or more individuals is received. The personality data is used to select a candidate from the one or more individuals for placement on a new team associated with a project or to match the candidate to an existing team. Performance data for one or more existing teams on one or more existing projects is received. Team preference data is received that identifies an importance value associated with each team aspect of one or more team aspects used in a determination of the new team or for the existing team. A new team for the project or an update to the existing team is determined using machine learning and based on the personality data, the performance data, and the team preference data.

  • Patent number: 10289665
Abstract: The disclosure generally describes methods, software, and systems, including a method for creating a multi-dimensional representation (MDR). A creation request is received to create an MDR referencing at least one identified data segment in each of at least a first source document. An MDR object is generated that includes data segment information for the at least one identified data segment and a set of resource metadata comprising, for each data segment, an identification of a source document that includes the particular identified data segment, a resource type of the source document, and a set of coordinates associated with the particular identified data segment within the source document. The MDR object is stored to a clipboard containing MDR objects. An insertion request is received to insert the stored MDR object into a target document. The stored MDR object is inserted from the clipboard into a target document.

  • Publication number: 20180039949
Abstract: The disclosure generally describes methods, software, and systems, including a method for optimizing people flows. User preferences and a user context are received. Resource information is accessed for resources to be used by the user and other users during participation in a multi-human activity scenario. Optimizations are generated based on the user preferences, user context, and resource information. The optimizations include best start times for the user and other users and is generated based on current resource loads and expected times of use. The optimizations include, for a given resource-user pair, locations, times, and events, each event associated with a separate user task at a given resource. A schedule, provided to the user, includes the best start time and, for each resource assigned to the user, a time, a location, and an event schedule indicating mandatory, preferred and optional times and sub-locations of the events.
