Abstract: An information providing device according to an embodiment includes a user information storing unit that stores, every user, user information and destination information related to a user in association with each other, a determining unit that determines a user corresponding to user information having a specific relation with a cancellation object in the user information storing unit as a user to which the cancellation object is recommended, and a transmitting unit that acquires destination information on the user determined by the determining unit from the user information storing unit, and transmits the information on the cancellation object to a destination according to the destination information.
