    Abstract: The disclosed device increases the accommodation amount of blister packages and enables smooth dispensing even if a blister package is bent or similar. The device is provided with: a device body (1), a storage container (2) which accommodates blister packages (4) in a stacked state, and a dispensing member (3) which can dispense the accommodated blister package (4). The storage container (2) is provided with an outlet (13), which is formed on the base at one end side thereof, and which is for ejecting the blister package (4), and a biasing means (12) for biasing the accommodated blister packages (4) toward one end side. The dispensing member (3) is provided with a guide part (36) for guiding a side edge part of the blister packages (4), and biases the blister packages (4) toward one end side of the storage container (2).

    Abstract: A dispenser feeds tablets from a storing section to a packaging section. A tablet-adhered powder removal device is provided in a preparation section between the storing section and the packaging section. The preparation section has rotating open-top receiving portions, and the tablets for one package are fed to each receiving section. One side wall of each receiving section includes a fixed plate having a groove-ridge portion, while the opposite side wall includes a swing plate. The swing plate vibrates when a cam roller rides on protrusions during the rotation of the receiving portion. Due to the vibration, the powder adhered to the tablets between the plates is stripped and removed. The powder falls from a gap formed by opening the plates, and is discharged to the outside. When the cam roller rides on a cam, the swing plate is swung and drops the tablets in the receiving portion.

The medicine packaging device has a device body 3 having an accommodation space 5, a slide unit 8 reciprocally attached to the accommodation space 5 of the device body 3, and a packaging unit 4 removably attached to the slide unit 8. The packaging unit is allowed to package medicines with a package paper 23 by moving the slide unit 8 a packaging position in the accommodation space 5. The packaging unit is moved to a drawn-out position drawn out from the packaging position. The packaging unit is replaceable by being moved to a replacement position drawn out from the device body 3.

    Abstract: There is provided a partition plate for use in a V-shaped measure of a medicine packing device, which allows a medicine remaining in the V-shaped measure to be easily cleaned and is smoothly reciprocated in the V-shaped measure. The partition plate 7 comprises: a slide member 8 including a guide receiving portion 11 and being attached so as to be reciprocated along a side plate 4; and a partition member 9 including a guide portion 18 removably guided by the guide receiving portion 11 of the slide member 8, the partition member being reciprocated in the V-shaped measure 1 while being maintained parallel to end plates 5. A grasping portion 8a for grasping the partition plate 7 is integrally provided in the slide member 8. Grasping the grasping portion 8a and moving the partition plate 7 prevent the partition plate 7 from flexing and smoothly moves the partition plate 7 in the V-shaped measure.

    Abstract: To prevent disalignment of the edges of a folded sheet by smoothly feeding the sheet to a packaging unit while keeping tension fluctuations to a minimum when the sheet is unwound from a paper roll set in a paper feed unit even though the paper roll diameter decreases gradually as the sheet is unwound. A sheet length measuring sensor or rotary encoder is provided in the paper feed path through which the packaging sheet is fed toward the packaging unit. An angle sensor is provided which includes Hall element sensors provided on a support shaft and magnets provided on a core pipe of the paper roll. Any change in the signals from one of these sensors relative to the signal from the other sensor is used to calculate the paper roll winding length, and the sheet tension is adjusted to an optimum, constant level by controlling the sheet braking force stepwise according to the roll diameter measured by the sensors.
