The swing plate vibrates when a cam roller rides on protrusions during the rotation of the receiving portion. Due to the vibration, the powder adhered to the tablets between the plates is stripped and removed. The powder falls from a gap formed by opening the plates, and is discharged to the outside. When the cam roller rides on a cam, the swing plate is swung and drops the tablets in the receiving portion.
