Abstract: The present invention generally provides a document tray to retain a writing surface and provide for annotation over a majority of the writing surface. The document tray generally combines a generally planar rigid backer member and a frame holder connected to the backer member. The frame holder has a plurality of side components positioned in a plane generally parallel to and spaced from the backer member to define a document recess. The document is thus retained in the document recess.

Abstract: The present invention generally provides a binder or planner system. The binder system generally combines a binder and an electronic reminder component or electronic reminder module. Accordingly, the binder system is provided to merge a manual handwritten component with an electronic reminder component. The electronic reminder module electronically stores reminder events and provides at least one of an audible alarm signal or a visual alarm signal upon the occurrence of one of the entered reminder events.

Abstract: The present invention generally provides a copying system, preferably for a personal calendar system, whereby notes can be transferred from a notepad to a single sheet of the calendar by writing the information while the note sheet is positioned on the calendar sheet. A separator or other backing board is not needed to ensure that the information is not transferred to additional calendar pages in the stack of calendar pages. In one embodiment the calendar sheets have a first surface and a second surface, the first surface having carbonless developer material thereon. Conversely, the notepad sheets have a first surface and a second surface, the second surface having a carbonless color-former material thereon. Additionally, the notepad sheets have a removable and repositionable pressure sensitive adhesive on at least a portion of the second surface thereof.

The apparatus can be configured in a substantially horizontal configuration (200) or a substantially vertical configuration (400). The information presented on the display changes orientation depending on the configuration of the apparatus.

Abstract: A caddy 30 for a hand mixer 32 includes a base 38 and a cover 40 which are joined to form a housing 36. The housing 36 is formed with a nest 74 having a pair of mounting posts 44 extending upward from a floor wall 76 of the nest. The mounting posts 44 are formed with a stem 54, an annular groove 56 and a head 58 which cooperate with accommodating biased fingers 116 and radially inward nubs 118 of the fingers to retain the mixer 32 with the caddy 30 upon assembly therewith. Openings 98 are formed in the caddy 30 to receive implement mounts 104, which are held with the caddy by biased fingers 63 and nubs 64 located within the openings. The caddy 30, with the hand mixer 32 and the implements 34, is transportable and may be stored when the mixer and implements are not in use.
