Abstract: A vehicle accessory mounting system allowing accessories to be carried external to the vehicle in a manner which allows them to be repositioned to grant access to the rear of the vehicle without dismounting the accessory load and while not occupying or restricting use of the vehicle's standard tow hitch connection point. The mounting system further comprises adjustment to allow the accessory's position to be adjusted up or down to prevent obstruction of view or wind drag, and to be position left or right to prevent obstruction of vehicle identification.
