Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods pertaining to an anchor device are provided herein. The anchor device can be used to anchor a ladder to a support object such as a roof and stabilizes the ladder during use of the ladder. The anchor device includes a main body having a base with a first end and a second end, a fixed clamping bracket at one end of the base and an elongated opening or track extending along the base. A moving clamping assembly includes a moving clamping bracket and a cam lever or actuator, and the moving clamping assembly is configured to slide along the track to adjust a position of the moving clamping bracket relative to the fixed clamping bracket. Pivoting the lever tightens the moving clamping bracket against the object and locks the moving clamping assembly in position for a firm clamping hold. The anchor device may also include a tether assembly for being tethered to a ladder.

Abstract: A ladder coupling assembly includes a pole brace strap formed of flexible webbing and including a rope guide ring structured to guide a rope lifeline, and a buckle structured to selectively attach to a corresponding buckle attached to the rope lifeline, the rope guide ring and buckle disposed proximate a central portion of the pole brace strap, and a rung buckle strap coupled to a central portion of the pole brace strap and formed of flexible webbing and structured to wrap around a first rung or a rail of a ladder proximate an upper portion of the ladder and including rung buckles structured to selectively attach to each other to secure the rung buckle strap in a position wrapped around the first rung or rail of the ladder.

Abstract: A gate assembly may include a gate which includes a first end and a second end, one or more hinges coupled to the first end of the gate, wherein at least one of the one or more hinges includes an offset spring assisted hinge including a hinge rivet, a spring, a plunger, a hinge bolt, and a support tube, a stop coupled to the second end of the gate and configured to contact a stop mounting bracket, and a mounting bracket attached to the one or more hinges, wherein the gate is rotatably coupled to the mounting bracket via the one or more hinges.

Abstract: A roof anchor including a mounting portion including a plurality of holes formed therein and an anchor portion having an opening formed therein. The mounting portion and the anchor portion are planar members arranged substantially perpendicular with each other. The anchor portion is disposed along one side of the mounting portion with a bend portion formed at an intersection of the mounting portion and the anchor portion. The mounting portion and the anchor portion form a monolithic piece. The opening includes a lower edge and an upper edge, wherein the lower edge is closer to the mounting portion than the upper edge, and wherein a length of the lower edge is greater than a length of the upper edge.
