  • Publication number: 20240065933
Abstract: A therapeutic device includes flexible vibrating module with flexible radiating arms outwardly projecting around the module, with each arm having an associated coin motor which can optionally be operated at high frequency or low frequency or pulsing frequency. In addition to the vibratory elements of the device, a selective thermal element is included to provide heating and/or cooling for additional therapy. The heat, cooling, and/or vibrations can be used together or alone to provide therapeutic benefits to various body locations of a user. The device can be used with a wrap to hold the device in place for use.

  • Patent number: 10940060
Abstract: A cast and bandage protector that uses a seal ring but avoids water pooling and seepage. It uses a flexible, stretchable and deformable diaphragm stretched tightly over a seal ring in order to seal the ordinarily open end of a flexible sleeve of waterproof material. The rigid seal ring flexible holder holds the flexible sleeve open and the diaphragm tightly stretches over and above it to minimize water pooling seepage and leaking about the interface of the diaphragm and the limb of the patient wearing the cast and the cast protector.

  • Patent number: 8671591
Abstract: A footwear article that has an insert pad filled with loose particulate material which is configured within the pad to provide the feeling of walking on a sandy beach and with the same massage affect to the foot as walking on a sandy beach. The pad is particularly configured to prevent the loose particulate material inside of it from flowing to the sides of the pad and destroying the massaging affect.

  • Patent number: 8104253
Abstract: A gang reel mower comprises a plurality of laterally spaced front reel cutting units having gaps therebetween, each gap being covered by a rear reel cutting unit that spans and overlaps the gap on each side thereof by an overlap area. Each of the front cutting units is supported for rolling on the ground by a grooved front roller having a grooved portion and by a substantially smooth rear roller having a substantially smooth rolling surface that each extend substantially across the entire width of cut of the front cutting unit. Each of the rear cutting units has a grooved front roller with side shoulders on each end and with a grooved portion between the side shoulders such that the shoulders extend substantially over the overlap areas between the front and rear cutting units with the grooved portion on the front roller of the rear cutting units not extending substantially into the overlap areas.
