  • Patent number: 9867518
Abstract: A device for wringing a mop having a plurality of strings connected to a handle and a tailband connected to the strings, includes a bucket having a base connected to a wall. A wringer inwardly projects from the wall. The wringer is shaped and dimensioned to pass through the strings of the mop, so that when the mop is twisted the wringer captively engages the strings to effect a wringing action. In an embodiment, the wringer is a rod. In another embodiment, a friction-enhancing material is disposed on the bottom of the base. The friction-enhancing material prevents the bucket from moving as the mop is twisted and wrung out.

  • Publication number: 20110111891
Abstract: A device for playing with a water balloon includes a target area which is shaped and dimensioned to receive the water balloon. A plurality of water balloon-bursting teeth are disposed around the target area. A player holds the device and attempts to position the target area so that an incoming airborne water balloon lands completely within the target area and does not land on one or more of the teeth. If the water balloon does land on one or more teeth it will burst.

  • Patent number: 7581893
Abstract: An active lens cover for a device, such as a smart phone with a dual lens camera. The camera lens that faces the user and the camera lens that faces away from the user are not directly behind each other, but are slightly offset. The active lens cover is advantageously in the shape of a ā€œUā€, which allows a single cover to be used to protect both lenses. The offset arrangement of the two lenses allows the facing lens be exposed by sliding the lens cover in one direction, and the away lens to be exposed by sliding the lens cover in the opposite direction. When the lens cover is slid to expose the facing camera lens, the camera phone automatically turns ON and enters a pre-selected operating mode. When the cover is slid in the opposite direction to expose the away camera lens, the camera phone automatically turns ON and enters another pre-selected operating mode. The housing of the U-cover includes at least one sensor that tells the device's CPU what hardware to activate.

  • Publication number: 20080268901
Abstract: A personal entertainment and communication device that provides cell phone, MP3, and video game capabilities. The front of the device includes two touch screens. The bottom touch screen displays a telephone keypad while in the telephone mode, and music player control buttons while in the MP3 mode. The bottom half of the device can be twisted around 180 degrees to expose a set of video game control buttons. An extension can slide out from behind the top half of the device to expose a second set of the video game control buttons. The top touch screen displays telephone information in the telephone mode, and video animation while in the video game mode. In an alternative embodiment, the bottom half of the device can be twisted and the top half extension slid open to expose a full qwerty keyboard.
