  • Patent number: 11613402
Abstract: The self-folding pizza packaging box with the compartments and carry handle belongs to the area of transport packaging. The box (1) is made of the folded blank (A), formed by folding and gluing into a flat form of the box (1), and is formed from the upright surfaces in a vertical position. The box (1) is made in the form of a prism with bases (2, 3), parallel lateral panels (4, 4??), while its other two parallel sides are rectangular flaps (5). The box (1) is formed by folding upwards the lateral panels (4, 4?) of the rectangular shape along the folding lines (2.1, 2.2, 3.1, 3.2), by straightening the flaps (9.1, 9.2, 9.3, 9.4) which are continued to the lateral panels (4, 4?) and by folding upwards the rectangular parts of the flaps (5) along the folding lines (2.3) so that it is brought to a vertical position to the bases (2, 3) of the rhomboid shape.

  • Publication number: 20220324580
Abstract: A hybrid multirotor propulsion system for an aircraft includes a plurality of propulsion units, each propulsion unit having a propeller, an electromotor and a peripheral differential gearbox; a plurality of driving elements, each of which is coupled to a respective one of the plurality of propulsion units; a mechanical power source; a main distributor gearbox; at least one electric machine; and a power management unit. The power management unit is configured according to a predetermined operating mode, which causes the mechanical power source to output first and second mechanical power components; and distributing the first mechanical power component to provide each driving element with a direct mechanical propeller power; and causes the electric machine to convert the second mechanical power component into electric power, part of which provides each electromotor with an electric propeller power.

  • Publication number: 20210034053
Abstract: Systems and methods for monitoring, communicating and safeguarding the health and alertness of a pilot during operation of an aircraft. The state of the pilot is monitored using biometric sensors. A pilot state data processor of an onboard computer system determines whether the value of any health/alertness parameter has exceeded a specified threshold or not. The onboard computer system further includes an automatic control processor that automatically transfers control authority from the pilot to the autopilot and then issues an unfit pilot alert. Then a real-time audio/video/data connection is established between the pilot onboard the aircraft and a remote medical professional. The remote medical professional evaluates the medical fitness of the pilot and determines whether the pilot automated mitigations should be continued (pilot unfit for duty) or removed (pilot fit for duty).

  • Patent number: 9738378
Abstract: A system and method for braking an aircraft. A processor unit identifies an operating condition of the aircraft. The processor unit displays available modes indications on a display device on the aircraft. The available modes indications indicate modes of operating an automatic braking system on the aircraft that are available for selection by an operator based on the operating condition of the aircraft. The processor unit receives a mode selection from an operator interface. The mode selection indicates a selected mode of operating the automatic braking system that is selected by the operator from the available modes. The processor unit displays on the display device a selected mode indication indicating the selected mode.

  • Patent number: 9471176
Abstract: Touch or proximity sensors are integrated into control devices such as knobs, dials or wheels incorporated in a user control panel. A control output processor detects whether any of the sensors are outputting signals indicating that a control device is being touched (or nearly touched) by a user. The control output processor causes an associated display area to be highlighted or otherwise modified on a display screen to indicate to the user which control device is being touched. This feature allows for “no-look” interaction with control panels, and keeps the user's eyes focused on the relevant displays where the control devices produce effects. This allows users to preview and verify that the correct control device is being manipulated prior to taking any (potentially erroneous) control actions.

  • Patent number: 9352848
Abstract: A system and method for controlling a display on an aircraft. An operator interaction with an edge area of a touch screen is identified by a processor unit when a first format of the display is displayed on the touch screen. The edge area extends along an edge of the touch screen. A second format of the display is displayed on the touch screen by the processor unit in response to identifying the operator interaction with the edge area of the touch screen. The second format of the display is different from the first format of the display.
