  • Patent number: 4936520
Abstract: A vibrating jaw crusher which includes a housing, in the inside of which there are operatively mounted a pair of working jaws. The pair of jaws includes at least one movably mounted jaw. The working surfaces of the rigid and the movable jaws are shaped in the form of a convex and a concave broken (polygonal) line, respectively. The movable jaw is driven by means of a vibrator. The movable jaw is supported by means of elastic elements connected to the top and the bottom end of the jaw. In a preferred embodiment of the invention the rigid and the movable jaws are fastened by means of an axle at their top ends, while their bottom ends are supported by means of elastic elements, which are shaped as rubber pads.

  • Patent number: 4855039
Abstract: A vibrating screen which comprises a housing having screening surfaces, the surfaces forming an angle with respect to each other, and vibrators. The housing consists of separate sections having screening surfaces arranged, one underneath the other, inside of each section. Each section is suspended to a frame by means of flexible joints. Vibrators are mounted to each section. The screening surfaces of the separate sections are arranged at different inclinations and have different widths in the downward direction of motion of the material passing through the vibrating screen device.

  • Patent number: 4721260
Abstract: A disc crusher has a base frame on which a case with cover is mounted. A bottom disc seated in a bearing housing is fastened to the cover of the case. A cone is mounted in a bearing body fastened to the cover by shock absorbing springs. The bottom disc and cone each have a central hole. In one embodiment, the bearing housing is connected by a flange, stud bolts and springs to a top ring with flange and a bottom ring with flange, also fastened by means of stud bolts to the cover of the case, which rings have external threads formed with opposite pitch directions and are embraced externally by a regulating sleeve (nut) on the internal cylindrical surface of which there are threaded zones which correspond to the threads of the top and bottom rings. The regulating sleeve (nut) is provided on the outside with a guiding disc connected to a driving mechanism and an arresting mechanism.

  • Patent number: 4570864
Abstract: Disc crusher having a housing fitted on a supporting frame and closed by a cover bearing an input tube, within the housing there being fitted a rotary disc and a rotary cone. The disc and cone form a crushing zone between them. The rotary disc rotates about a horizontal axis and the rotary cone rotates about a horizontal axis which intersects the rotary disc at its center. Preferably, the rotary cone forms an angle of from 40 to 80 degrees with the vertical working surface of the rotary disc. As a result of such arrangement the crushing zone is of rectangular shape.

  • Patent number: 4226207
Abstract: In an apparatus for coating cylindrical graphite bodies, a pair of shafts are arranged in a closely spaced apart relationship with their respective axes lying close to the horizontal in respective parallel planes and slightly tilted in opposite directions in those planes, so that the shafts cross one another with none of their surfaces being parallel and form between them a guideway for a graphite body to be coated, the rotation of the shafts in the same sense causing the body to advance to a coating station arranged alongside the shafts and electrodes positioned above the guideway to form a coating-bonding electric arc with the body, which is supplied current through the shafts. The rotation of the shafts is reversible for advancing the graphite body back and forth past the coating station for the application of multilayered coatings.

  • Patent number: 4199113
Abstract: A pair of cooperable rotatable discs of differing shape are supported in a housing for crushing hard and/or abrasive materials. A first one of the discs is planar in shape and is horizontally supported for rotation about a vertical axis. The cooperating disc is of conical shape, and is movable toward and away from the first disc along a second oblique axis, and is also supported for rotation in the housing about such oblique axis. Material to be crushed is deposited on the horizontal surface of the first disc, and after being crushed between the discs is carried by the first disc to be swept into the bottom of the crusher housing by means of a first rake or comb located above the upper material-bearing surface of the first disc. A second rake affixed to the lower surface of the first disc aids in discharging the crushed material from the bottom of the housing through an outlet chute.
