Abstract: Technology for leveraging machine learning to streamline and automate insurance claim evaluations by connecting various data sources relevant to an insurance claim, including metadata from various smart devices, to identify reliable information corroborated by multiple sources and generate objective scoring values associated with parties submitting insurance claims. Output from the leveraged machine learning techniques can be used to automatically output an insurance claim determination or provide enhanced information to an insurance providing entity through a graphical user interface (GUI) to augment and assist in making such a determination.

The computer-implemented method includes monitoring, by the data processing system, interaction(s) of a user on social media accounts of the user, receiving, by the data processing system, input from the user including information about the user and goal(s) of the user with respect to the social media accounts, learning, by the data processing system, additional information about the user, and cognitively analyzing, by the data processing system, the interaction(s) of the user, the input from the user and the additional information about the user to derive preference(s) of the user regarding the social media accounts, the preference(s) including topic(s) of relevance to the user.

Prior to publishing a set of content data, the information handling system evaluates a set of audio data and a set of video data included in the set of content data against a content knowledge base and generates an unsuitability ranking of the set of content data. When the unsuitability ranking exceeds a first predetermined threshold, the information handling system prohibits publication of the set of content data. When the unsuitability ranking is below a second predetermined threshold, the information handling system publishes the set of content data.
