  • Patent number: 12135040
Abstract: A well pump includes a plurality of diffusers, wherein each diffuser comprises a first threaded coupling on one longitudinal end and a second threaded coupling on an opposed longitudinal end. An impeller is disposed in each diffuser. The plurality of diffusers are coupled end to end to form a pump housing, in which the first threaded coupling on one diffuser is threadedly engaged to the second threaded coupling on adjacent diffuser.

  • Patent number: 12044110
Abstract: An electrical submersible pump (ESP) system, comprises a motor rotationally coupled to a pump. The system has at least one of (i) a rotation stop operable to stop transfer of rotation of the pump to the motor when the ESP is switched off and (ii) a flow control valve operable to stop flow through the pump in both flow directions when the ESP is switched off.

  • Patent number: 11965390
Abstract: Master valve and cable hanger system for deploying and making electrical connection to an electric submersible pump. A landing for the cable hanger (50) is in the through bore below the valve closure element. The landing has a seal area and a bore transverse to the through bore penetrating into the seal area for allowing electric connection to the pump. The cable hanger has a seal section having longitudinally spaced apart seals engageable with an interior of the seal area, electrical contacts disposed between the seals, and a lockdown profile. Flow ports are arranged to bypass seal area and seal section. A blanking plug (58) is disposed in the transverse bore to seal the seal area prior to insertion of the cable hanger.
