Abstract: According to one embodiment, a medical image display apparatus includes a display unit, an allocation unit, a storage unit. The display unit is configured to display a medical image on which a plurality of annotations are superimposed. The allocation unit is configured to allocate the plurality of annotations to a plurality of groups. The storage unit is configured to store data of at least one annotation belonging to each of the groups in association with data of the medical image on a group basis.

Abstract: A medical image processing system according to an embodiment includes a display unit, a generating unit, and a controlling unit. The display unit displays a medical image. The generating unit generates a display image used for stereoscopically displaying either text data or image data representing content of an item contained in either additional information or examination information of the medical image. The controlling unit causes the display image to be displayed on the display unit.

Abstract: A diagnostic reading report generation supporting system includes a first storage, a second storage, a first extraction unit a second extraction unit and a transmission unit. The first storage stores a medical image. The second storage stores: user identification information on a diagnostic reading requester, examination information, fixed phrase name information, and fixed phrase character information. The first extraction unit extracts a medical image, from the first storage. The second extraction unit extracts a fixed phrase name information item corresponding to a required user identification information item and examination information item, from the second storage.

Abstract: A medical image data processing apparatus includes: an imaging unit that has an X-ray tube for irradiating a subject with X-ray and an X-ray detector for detecting X-ray passed through the subject and scans the subject to collect raw data; a reconstruction unit that reconstructs image data from the collected raw data; a cutout unit that calculates, based on an image to be observed selected from the reconstructed image data, an imaging position of the image to be observed and cut outs, from the collected raw data, raw data existing within a previously set range including raw data constituting the image to be observed; and a storage unit that stores the raw data cut out by the cutout unit together with associated additional information.

Abstract: A silicon carbide coated carbon matrix/carbon fiber composite material is provided. The carbon composite base material, coated with silicon carbide, comprises a siliconized layer and a non-siliconized layer. The siliconized layer comprises silicon carbide matrix and non-siliconized carbon fibers. The siliconized layer also has a non-planar interface with a series of elongated protrusions penetrating into the surface the of non-siliconized layer. A gas-permeable intermediate coating formed on the carbon composite material can help produce such a siliconized layer.
