Abstract: A slide fastener slider with an automatic lock mechanism comprises a body including a support lug standing on a guide post, a guide lug standing at a rear opening side of the body, a recessed portion defined between the support lug and the guide lug, a pair of projections project from opposite sides of the recessed portion. A spring is mounted to the body with its V-shaped bent portion of the spring fitted into the recessed portion. The bent portion is then fixed by caulking the projections. A pintle of a pull tab is disposed on the spring. A pawl member, which has an pressing portion to be brought into resilient contact with the spring on its one end, the locking paws on the other end, and a support shaft at opposite sides of an intermediate portion thereof, is disposed on the pintle.

Abstract: In an autolock slider, an upper wing of a slider body has a concave pivot-projection-receiving recess extending into a fastener-element guide post, a locking-pawl-insertion hole off the guide post, and an attachment post standing on the guide post. A locking lever having at its front and rear ends a pivot projection and a locking pawl, respectively, is supported on the upper wing with a rounded end of the pivot projection loosely received in the concave recess and the locking pawl inserted in the locking-pawl-insertion hole. A spring is accommodated in a spring-accommodating portion formed on the upper side of the attachment post, resiliently touching the upper side of the lever. The attachment post has a tongue for restricting upward movement of the pivot projection.

Abstract: An auto-lock slider, for a concealed slide fastener, comprises: a slider body having a guide lug having in its upper portion a locking-lever-receiving groove and a leaf-spring-receiving portion; a locking lever received in the locking-lever-receiving groove, the locking lever having at one end a locking claw and at the other end an anchor portion; a horizontal U-shape leaf spring covering the locking lever at a side toward the anchor portion in such a manner that the anchor portion is pivotably held within the groove and the locking claw is resiliently urged to project into a coupling-element-guide channel in the body. Since the number of components of the slider is small, the slider can be assembled simply.

Abstract: A lockable slider for a slide fastener is disclosed which has a locking prong integral with a pull tab and engageable between two adjacent fastener elements. The locking prong has a rounded apex, an arcuate slide surface and a vertical lock surface, said slide surface extending a length greater than the space or pitch between adjacent elements such that the locking prong can move freely in sliding relation to the rows of fastener elements on the fastener when the latter is opened.
