  • Publication number: 20250042272
Abstract: A charging system includes a vehicle and a server. The vehicle includes a battery that is charged in a contactless manner from a power transmission device. The server communicates with the vehicle. The charging system includes an information acquirer configured to acquire information on a destination, a transit point, and a stay time at the transit point of the vehicle; an electric power amount calculator configured to calculate an electric power amount for the vehicle to arrive at the destination; a charge amount calculator configured to calculate a charge amount with which the battery is chargeable at the transit point; an entry determiner configured to determine whether entry into a charging lane in which the power transmission device is installed is possible, based on the electric power amount and the charge amount; and a navigator configured to navigate the vehicle to the charging lane when the entry is possible.

  • Publication number: 20240109481
Abstract: An occupant protection apparatus to be applied to a vehicle includes a contact sensor, an occupant detector, an electromagnetic wave sensor, a control processor, and a protection processor. The contact sensor detects contact of the vehicle. The occupant detector detects whether there is an occupant who is wearing a medical device in the vehicle when the contact sensor detects the contact of the vehicle. The electromagnetic wave sensor detects an electromagnetic wave. The control processor controls the vehicle to reduce the electromagnetic wave inside the vehicle based on a detection result of the electromagnetic wave sensor. The protection processor performs a protection process of protecting the occupant who is wearing the medical device, based on a detection result of the electromagnetic wave sensor after the control processor has controlled the vehicle.

  • Publication number: 20230298411
Abstract: An alarm type determining apparatus includes a state detector, an abnormality state determining unit, a traveling state determining unit, an alarm type determining unit, and a notifier. The state detector is configured to detect a state of a tire of a vehicle. The abnormality state determining unit is configured to determine an abnormality state of the tire, on the basis of the state of the tire detected by the state detector. The traveling state determining unit is configured to determine a traveling state of the vehicle. The alarm type determining unit is configured to determine an alarm type, on the basis of the abnormality state of the tire determined by the abnormality state determining unit and the traveling state of the vehicle determined by the traveling state determining unit. The notifier is configured to make a notification based on the alarm type determined by the alarm type determining unit.

  • Publication number: 20230086328
Abstract: The rescue priority determination device comprises a driving condition information obtainer, a location information obtainer, and a rescue priority determinator. The driving condition information obtainer and the location information obtainer respectively are configured to obtain driving condition information and location information of a vehicle that made an emergency call, and the rescue priority determinator comprises one or more processors that is configured to determine the rescue priority level for the vehicle that made the emergency call based on the driving condition information and the location information. The rescue priority determinator determines that the need for rescue for the vehicle that made the emergency call is high and raises the rescue priority level based on determining that the vehicle that made the emergency call is at a standstill and that the location information of the vehicle that made the emergency call has changed.
