  • Publication number: 20190382561
Abstract: The present invention relates in particular to a laminar nanomaterial/natural polymolecular system nanocomposite in which the nanomaterial is an exfoliated and/or dispersed laminar material, and the polymolecular system has a hydrophilic-lipophilic balance (HLB)?8. The present invention also relates to a laminar nanomaterial/natural polymolecular system nanocomposite colloid in a polar solvent, in which the concentration of exfoliated/dispersed nanomaterial in the polar solvent is ?1 g/L, and in which the nanomaterial is an exfoliated and/or dispersed laminar material, and the natural polymolecular system has a hydrophilic-lipophilic balance ?8. The present invention also relates to a process for preparing a nanocomposite colloid according to the invention, and also to a process for exfoliating and/or dispersing a laminar material.

  • Patent number: 9309122
Abstract: The preparation of graphene, mono-, bi- and multi-layers from graphite-based precursor materials, for example, pencil lead or graphite, by a method of mechanical thinning on the surface of a planar substrate with controlled roughness, followed by sonication in order to collect the graphene deposited on the substrate in a liquid medium. The bearing force during thinning by mechanical friction enables the number of graphene sheets deposited on the surface of the substrate to be controlled.

  • Patent number: 8628726
Abstract: The invention relates to a photocatalyst comprising a ?-SiC cellular foam and a photocatalytically active phase, deposited directly on said cellular foam or on an intermediate phase deposited on said cellular foam. The average size of the cells is between 2500 ?m and 5000 ?m. The foam can comprise nanotubes or nanofibers (particularly of carbon, SiC, and TiO2) that consist of, or carry as an intermediate phase, a photocatalytically active phase.
