Abstract: Devices, systems, and methods for making and using highly sustainable circuit assemblies are disclosed herein. In various aspects, the highly sustainable circuit assembly includes a substrate layer; and a pattern of contact points supported by the substrate layer. The pattern of contact points can be configured to correspond to at least one terminal of an electrical component. The pattern of contact points can include a deformable conductive material. The deformable conductive material can be a non-hazardous, readily reclaimable, readily recyclable material.

Abstract: A process of repairing a component includes identifying a void in a component; determining at least one approximate physical configuration of the void; inserting borescope into the component in order to view the void; providing a repair rod approximately equivalent to at least one of the least one approximate physical configuration of the void; inserting the repair rod into component; confirming insertion of the repair rod in the void; separating the repair rod to leave a repair plug in the void; and depositing braze paste over the repair plug in the void.

Abstract: Methods and apparatus are disclosed to distinguish between media purchases and media consumption. An example method includes parsing an electronic mail (e-mail) message for nomenclature associated with media, in response to identifying nomenclature associated with media, parsing the e-mail message for an indication of consumption activity, determining a merchant identity associated with the indication of consumption activity, and selecting a consumption confidence weight for the media based on the indication of consumption activity and the merchant identity.

Abstract: An image projector is provided with increased light magnification through lenses positioned between the light source and the platen section of the projector. In addition to increased light magnification, increased image magnification is provided between the platen section and the mirror. Cooling air is directed separately over the light source and exhausted separately to dissipate additional heat generated with the increased magnification of light upstream and downstream from the platen section. The increased magnification and cooling air allows the clear projection of delicate items, such as photographs, which are otherwise not projectable by prior projectors.
