Abstract: A system for fabricating fillable, Stay-In Place footer, wall and roof forms with a quick fastening system that is an insertable or snap together and has a one pour footer to eave and/or ridge capability. The system includes a three-dimensionally produced form, inserts to accept rebar, reinforcement wire, and insulation, and can be filled with various cementitious materials with reinforcing materials and aggregates. Options to mold in electrical and plumbing races, window and door openings and frames, and to provide designs and finished surfaces round out the versatility of this building system.

Abstract: An apparatus for providing a reflector wrap on a highway cable barrier. The device solves a limitation currently found with the cable system—visibility. The cable barrier reflector wrap is comprised of a support structure to support a reflective object, the structure having an open end and a slit or aperture longitudinal to the structure; a reflective surface structure; and a manner to secure the reflective surface structure to the support structure whereby the cable barrier reflective device is connected to items including a cable barrier system, sign posts, fences and other barrier structures to improve and enhance the reflectivity and improve the visibility of the items.

Abstract: A device related as a security bollard to be used as a protective measure and to be mounted to a base. The portable device known as the Bold Bollard may be filled with various materials and have several specific features. available to tailor the bollard to specific needs and uses. Taught are the ways a portable and reusable bollard may be provided for easy use in the field. The preferred embodiment is comprised of a base with features; a means to fill the base with a ballast; an essentially vertical post; a means to removably secure the post to base; an alternative cap with features and a means to removably connect cap to post wherein an essentially vertical barrier comprised of durable materials is presented with a stable base and barrier is portable for deployment and use.

Abstract: A Business Method Patent for determining the Financial Viability of Constructing a Recreation Center and a Flexible Commercial Center known as the ROCC. The complex device is a one of a kind world class facility that will have a positive impact on wellness, fitness, and the economy of the entire community. Included with this complex is a COMMUNITY CENTER that is a private business. The primary goal of the-ROCC is to create a positive impact on the community. The-ROCC will help promote youth, adult, and family wellness; provide one centralized location for community events and will help spur additional, residential and commercial growth.
