    Abstract: Polyester textile yarns and fabrics are normally dyed with organic pigments dispersed in water. The waste streams from this process contain residual amounts of color bodies which are removed by the instant process which comprises adding a sufficient amount of a water-soluble cationic polymer (e.g. polyethylenimine) to flocculate the color bodies.
