Abstract: An addressable alarm device capable of connecting to a non-addressable alarm device as well as to a polling alarm system is disclosed. A plurality of tandem non-addressable alarm devices has the last tandem non-addressable alarm device terminate in the addressable alarm device. In this configuration when one non-addressable alarm device activates all non-addressable alarm devices plus the addressable alarm device activate.
