Abstract: A merchandising display device having an upright tubular housing and a removable decorative covering is disclosed. The housing has an open top for permitting access to merchandise contained in the housing. The covering is of a deflatably air-inflated sleeve structure and is disposed around the housing so as to cover the outside surface of the housing. The covering includes an outer wall which defines the outer perimeter of the sleeve structure. The covering is formed of air-impervious flexible sheet material such that the outer wall is bulged outwardly due to internal pressure of the covering to provide a contour different from the contour of the housing.

Abstract: For an outdoor display of items for sale and for protecting such items against environmental elements such as dust, dirt, moisture, sunlight and temperature variations and the like, a lightweight box-like structure is formed of radiation reflecting material and is provided with venting apertures and includes manually movable transparent closure means formed in at least one side wall of the enclosing structure for affording ready visibility and access to items disposed within the enclosure.

Abstract: A variable number of articles of similar size and shape are maintained in a face contacting compact interrelationship by a device including an elongated base element having a flat planar upper surface, an abutment element fixed in position on the base element at one end thereof and having an upwardly projecting article engaging surface substantilly normal with the flat planar upper surface of the base element, a sled slidably mounted on the base element and having an article engaging panel projecting upwardly and in generally parallel relation with the article engaging surface of the abutment element so that one or more articles are held between the article engaging surface and the article engaging panel, movement of the sled in a direction away from the abutment element being opposed by friction between the sled and the base element.
