    Abstract: A hand held vibrating instrument in the shape of a conventional pen or pencil writing instrument. The tip of this instrument is to be connected to a tool such as a thin brush. The instrument has a deflectable sleeve mounted within the housing wall of the instrument. Manual inward deflecting of the sleeve will cause operation of a motor which will rotate an eccentric weight and cause rapid vibration of the brush.
