  • Publication number: 20250059291
Abstract: The invention provides CD27 agonists comprising a first component that is an anti-CD27 antibody, or antigen-binding fragment thereof, linked to a second component comprising one or more cross-linking moieties. At least one of the cross-linking moieties does not bind to an Fc receptor and the CD27 agonist stimulates T cell activity without the need for Fc receptor interaction. The cross-linking molecule(s) can be, for example, an anti-CD27, antibody, or antigen-binding fragment thereof, that can be the same or different than the first component. Alternatively, the cross-linking molecule(s) can be a CD27 ligand or a molecule (e.g., antibody) that binds a molecule on a cell such as a T cell, a tumor cell or a stromal cell. Pharmaceutical compositions comprising the CD27 agonists, and methods of using the CD27 agonists, are also provided.

  • Patent number: 11500401
Abstract: A passive dual modulating regulator that responds to a pressure differential between a hydrogen-side and an oxygen-side of one or more proton-exchange membrane (PEM) cells is provided. The passive dual modulating regulator includes a flexible diaphragm that is clamped along its periphery between hemispherical chambers. A bi-directional valve assembly extends through the flexible diaphragm and includes opposing valve plugs for selectively closing the output ports of the respective hemispherical chambers. Large or sustained pressure imbalances between the hydrogen-side and the oxygen-side of a hydrogen generation system are avoided without active control inputs of any kind, and consequently a rupture of the PEM is entirely avoided.

  • Patent number: 10668484
Abstract: A fluid handling system is provided that includes a controller, a plurality of valves, a pump, and an interface in communication with the controller. The valves can be operatively connected with a conduit to along a flow path. Each of the valves is controlled by the controller for selective movement between a first position and a second position. The first position closes the flow path, while the second position opens the flow path. The pump can be operatively connected with the conduit and the is controlled by the controller for selective pumping of fluid through the flow path. The interface allows selective definition of the flow path through the valves.

  • Patent number: 10478696
Abstract: A sports training device attached to the shaft of a swinging sports apparatus, such as a baseball bat. The device includes a drag chute disposed between two rigid members, a support rod disposed between the two rigid members along the longitudinal axis of the chute, and a plurality of coupling elements connected to the support rod. Each coupling element includes an annular opening for positioning of the sports apparatus therethrough. One coupling element has a stationary component that secures the device to the sports apparatus and a rotating component that rotates 360° around the sports apparatus. As such, the entirety of the device, with exception to this stationary component, can substantially freely rotate 360° around the sports apparatus. Resistance during a swing can be adjusted by sliding the coupling mechanisms along the support rod to expose more or less of the chute.
