An atomizing nozzle is mounted at the inlet end of the elbow and aligned with an axis of the elbow at the inlet end. The nozzle is connected, in use, to a water supply and an air supply. The diffuser produces a dry fog exiting shroud at the outlet end of the tubular elbow.
