Abstract: Disclosed are wheels having offset or adjustable offset hubs and wheeled vehicles incorporating such wheels. In one embodiment of the wheel, the hub is adjustable within a hub track so as to allow the hub to be positioned in a plurality of locations relative to the rim of the wheel. A vehicle incorporating a wheel with a hub positioned offset from the center of the wheel can be propelled or slowed using the rider's timed shifting momentum over the offset wheel, without requiring pedals.
