  • Patent number: 11471892
Abstract: A method of separating different constituents of a fine fraction that is produced in a prior method for separating a concrete for deconstruction. The method allows the reuse of these different constituents in the production of a new cement and/or of a new concrete, the fine fraction including sand and at least 30% by mass of hydrated cement paste.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: September 1, 2020
Date of Patent: October 18, 2022
    Assignee: FIVES FCB
Inventors: Alain Cordonnier, François Boudot, Alain Fruchart, Yannick Guimard, Jérôme Portal

  • Patent number: 11369969
Abstract: A crushing machine includes: a frame, a tank, a cone placed inside the tank, the machine further including a device for vibrating the tank with respect to the frame; the machine being characterized in that the device for vibrating the tank includes at least two vibrators which are mounted on the frame, each vibrator being rotated about a longitudinal axis of the frame by a motor, each motor driving the vibrator with which it is associated independently from one another.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: February 20, 2018
Date of Patent: June 28, 2022
    Assignees: FIVES SOLIOS, FIVES FOB

  • Patent number: 11298702
Abstract: Disclosed is a method for dissociating different constituents of a heterogeneous artificial material, including the fragmentation of the material in a fragmentation machine by material-bed compression, the machine including at least one vibrator and a system for controlling at least one parameter of the fragmentation force from the speed of rotation of the vibrator and the phase shift angle between at least two vibrators. The control system adjusts a rotation parameter of the vibrators so as to generate a fragmentation force by the machine allowing to at least partially dissociate at least one of the constituents of the material from the other constituents.

  • Publication number: 20210053067
Abstract: Method for dissociating different constituents of a heterogeneous artificial material, comprising the fragmentation of the material in a fragmentation machine (1) by material-bed compression, the machine (1) comprising at least one vibrator (8a, 8b, 8c, 8d) and a system (11) for controlling at least one parameter of the fragmentation force from the speed of rotation of the vibrator(s) (8a, 8b, 8c, 8d) and the phase shift angle between at least two vibrators (8a, 8b, 8c, 8d); the method being characterised in that the control system adjusts a rotation parameter of the vibrators (8a, 8b, 8c, 8d) so as to generate a fragmentation force by the machine (1) allowing to at least partially dissociate at least one of the constituents of the material from the other constituents.
