  • Publication number: 20220350239
Abstract: Method (and apparatus) for producing a 3D target structure in lithographic material. Focus region of a laser writing beam travels through a scanning manifold through the lithographic material. In the focus region of the laser writing beam, an exposure dose is irradiated into the lithographic material, and a structure region is locally defined. At least one exposure data set which represents a local exposure dose for the scan manifold as a function of location is determined. A structure which approximates the target structure is defined based on at least one exposure data set. This structure is analyzed and at least one analysis data set which represents the analyzed structure is determined. Deviation data set which represents deviations of the already defined structure from the target structure is determined. At least one correction exposure data set is determined. Correction structure based on the at least one correction exposure data set is defined.

  • Patent number: 10118376
Abstract: A method for producing a three-dimensional overall structure (18) by a structuring device (10a, 10b), which has a predefined principal direction (16) of the structure entry in a writing region (20). The overall structure (18) is defined by sequential definition of a plurality of partial structures (22) that complement one another overall to form the overall structure (18). The partial structures (22) are delimited in each case within enveloping interfaces (36). In this case, the partial structures (22) are chosen in such a way that the enveloping interfaces (36) extend obliquely with respect to the principal direction (16) of the structure entry.

  • Patent number: 9625000
Abstract: A spring-damper system for use in bearings or as a damper, in particular as a spring-damper system in active engine bearings includes a coupling device which can be coupled to a load and to a supporting device at a bearing or damping point, in order to mount the load in such a way that it can vibrate on the supporting device. The coupling device is designed to transmit a load input generated by the load substantially without loss to a spring-damper device and to absorb a reaction thereto by the spring-damper device and to feed said reaction back to the load, in order to counteract the load input in a vibration-damping fashion. In this context, the spring-damper device can be arranged and/or is arranged spatially separate from the bearing or damping point.

  • Patent number: 8887124
Abstract: In computer-implemented methods to validate process models, the models carry semantic information that is related to the process steps, including pre-conditions that indicate whether a step would be executable under certain conditions and post-conditions relating to results from executing a step. Steps are related as predecessor/successor so that a post-condition of the predecessor step can be the pre-condition of a successor step. During model validation, variables are exchanged and propagated between the step conditions. Instead of validating the model for potentially all initial values of variables and conditions, the system identifies portions of the model that can be validated separately for a reduced set of initial states.

  • Patent number: 7309937
Abstract: The spindle motor described herein comprises a rotor having a rotor hub and a shaft connected to the rotor hub, a cylindrical bearing sleeve having a central bore to accommodate the shaft and a collar disposed at the receiving aperture, a cup-shaped bearing housing closed at one end to accommodate the bearing sleeve, a baseplate to hold the bearing receiving portion, a stopper ring disposed at the inside circumference of the rotor hub between the collar and the baseplate, and at least one radial bearing region formed between the outside diameter of the shaft and the inside diameter of the bore and defined by surface patterns. According to the invention, an annular axial bearing region is provided formed between a lower face of the collar and an upper face of the stopper ring. This design and construction makes it possible to realize spindle motors having small dimensions and, in particular, low overall heights.
