  • Patent number: 7267219
Abstract: The invention relates to conveyor belts, which have a laminate consisting of: i) a textile ply (1) with a first ply surface (11) and with a second ply surface (12); ii) a first synthetic material ply (2), which adheres to the first ply surface (11), is made of a thermoplastic material having a creep resistance vk of no greater than 0.005 at 30° C., and which contains at least 70% by weight of a thermoplastic having a creep resistance vk of no greater than 0.005 at 30° C.; and iii) a second synthetic material ply (3), which adheres to the second ply surface (12), is made of a thermoplastic material having a creep resistance vk of no greater than 0.005 at 30° C., and which contains at least 70% by weight of a thermoplastic having a creep resistance vk of no greater than 0.005 at 30° C.

  • Publication number: 20040168757
Abstract: Monolithic belts (i.e. without woven fabric insert), in particular monolithic conveyer belts and drive belts, which consist of a thermoplastic material, containing a copolymer with a ratio of weight average molecular weight Mw to number average molecular weight Mn of 5.0:1 to 1.5:1, which show creep resistance while at the same time having significantly reduced material costs. The copolymer can in particular be produced by means of a metallocene “single-site” catalyst.

  • Patent number: 5981031
Abstract: The inventive polymeric membrane has the feature that porous agglomerates of at least one powder of hydrophobic thermoplastic material, formed by influence of heat, are fixed onto at least one side of a carrier material or of a mixture of carrier materials by a mechanical anchoring in the carrier material and/or by an adhering onto the carrier material. Also a method of producing of this polymeric membrane and its use are described.
