  • Publication number: 20250216837
Abstract: A system for configuring the components in milking plants at different farms, each of which components is operatively connected to a respective configurable controller. A central server (110) generates a first configuration file (CF{ID1}) based on a first milking plant specification (S{ID1}) identifying components in a first set of farm components (141, 142, 143) at a first farm (150). A portable computer (130) is temporarily connected to the central server (110); and while connected, the portable computer (130) receives the first configuration file (CF{ID1}) from the central server (110). Thereafter, the portable computer (130) is temporarily connected to at least one configurable controller (C1, C2, C3) at the first farm (150), either directly or via a first local server (120) and a first local network (125).

  • Patent number: 10849305
Abstract: The cleaning of milk transporting conduit structure involves introducing fluid and an amount of gas into the milk transporting conduit structure, which causes a slug of fluid to be formed in and forwarded through the milk transporting conduit structure. A sensor arrangement measures at least one parameter related to the slug, and repeatedly forwards updatings of the at least one measured parameter to the data processor. Based thereon, the data processor produces an indicator of at least one quality of the cleaning process. The indicator reflects a cross-sectional profile of the slug at at least one position in the milk transporting conduit structure.

  • Publication number: 20190191657
Abstract: A test device includes a fluid flow conduit, an air flow regulator, a pressure sensor, an air flow meter, and a control unit automatically controlling the air flow regulator on basis of a measurement performed by the pressure sensor or the air flow meter; controlling the air flow regulator and the pressure sensor or the air flow meter such that a closed loop sequence in which either the measured pressure or the measured air flow rate is used as the basis for changing the air flow rate by control of the air flow regulator until the moment in which the measured pressure or measured air flow rate reaches a predetermined value; and automatically initiating measurement operation of the other one of the pressure sensor or air flow meter when the measured pressure or measured air flow rate measured in the closed loop reaches the predetermined value.
