Abstract: The invention relates to a penis extension system that can be integrated into the clothing of a user and worn as the user moves around, with the aim of increasing the size of the penis and the glans. Said system comprises a cradle which is used to receive the glans and can be fixed to the shaft of the penis. One end of a traction element (2) is fixed to the cradle and the other end of the traction element can be detachably fixed to a first point on the clothing of a user by means of a first fixing device (7). The first point on the clothing depends on the tractive force and on the direction of the tractive force to be transferred to the penis by means of the tractive element.
