  • Patent number: 7401557
Abstract: The invention relates to a support (1) for functional planes used for a magnetic levitation track. The stator packets (11) comprised in the track are suspended in a particularly compact and production-friendly manner on a stator beam (9), the stator packet being connected to the stator beam (9, 10) via borings (15) that are disposed therein and holding bolts (16, 38) which penetrate said borings (15). The stator packets (11) can be secured in a redundant manner vial additional suspensions (30, . . . , 34) and/or by creating a non-positive connection between adjacent stator packets (11) by providing the faces of the stator packets (11), which face the direction of travel, with a profile.

  • Patent number: 6951433
Abstract: A device for nonpositively fixing a bracket to a supporting base body, especially a travel way body for railborne vehicles, has a tension member which protrudes partially from the supporting base body and extends partially into the supporting base body. The point of the protruding part of the tension member is located in a recess of the supporting base body. A support element may be arranged at least partially over the protruding part of the tension member, in which at least the front end of the support element is lying in the recess of the supporting base body.

  • Patent number: 6785945
Abstract: A method for producing a beam for a travel way in a track vehicle system includes fabricating the beam at a production facility with dimensions corresponding to erected dimensions the beam will have at its construction site, or within a predetermined deviation from the erected dimensions. The beam is positioned in the position it will have in its erected state in the travel way at the construction site. Positions for connection points are measured and defined on the beam for appurtenances so that such appurtenances and functional surfaces will have a desired relative position on the beam in its erected state at the construction site. The connection points are reworked by adding or removing material as required so that upon mounting the appurtenances to the beam at the connection points, the appurtenances and functional surfaces will have the desired relative position on the beam at the construction site.

  • Patent number: 6782832
Abstract: A beam for a railway track guided vehicle system configured to be supported at spatial intervals on piers includes an upper flange disposed along a longitudinal length of the beam. The upper flange has opposite laterally outward portions configured for receipt of functional elements for guidance of a track vehicle. Opposite side webs extend downwardly from the upper flange along the longitudinal length of the support. A lower flange is disposed at ends of the webs opposite from the upper flange and is disposed longitudinally along the length of the support. The beam includes a uniform cross-sectional shape along a longitudinal length thereof so as to generate favorable air flow conditions for the track guided vehicle. The lower flange has a lateral dimension so as to essentially cover an underlying pier. In this way, the pier does not cause air flow disturbances to the track guided vehicle.
