  • Patent number: 7202578
Abstract: An electromagnetic drive device comprises a drive part (10) arranged to be reciprocated in the stroke direction (H) and possessing a circular or oval cross section, said drive part having a permanent magnet arrangement magnetized athwart the stroke direction (H), such arrangement possessing at least one pair of oppositely magnetized magnet portions (11 through 14) arranged sequentially in the stroke direction and being arranged in the intermediate space of a yoke arrangement (16) with pole pieces (19 through 22) provided in the direction of magnetization on opposite sides of the drive part (10). The yoke arrangement (16) possesses two pairs of pole pieces (19 through 22) delimiting the intermediate space and which are joined together by two yoke regions (23 and 24) extending essentially in parallelism to the stroke direction (H). At least one of the yoke regions (23 and 24) is surrounded by a coil (25 and 26) able to conduct current for performing a stroke.

  • Patent number: 6892763
Abstract: A valve arrangement, which possesses at least one valve, which is has a valve housing provided with housing ducts. On opposite sides of the valve housing there are first and a second interfaces for the fitting of a first and a second connection board. Each connection board comprises at least one connection duct communicating with a housing duct and is held on the valve housing because on the one hand it is anchored by way of retaining means on the valve housing and on the other hand is fixed by means of attachment means passing internally externally through the valve housing on the oppositely placed second connection board.

  • Patent number: 6715731
Abstract: A directly actuated electric valve is proposed that has a piezoelectric drive unit (3) for direct actuation of a valve member (2). The piezoelectric drive unit (3) contains, extending transverse to the displacement direction of valve member (2), at least one piezo-flexural element (8, 8′), which acts on valve member (2) at one end and is mounted stationary with respect to the housing at the other, such that its electrically induced flexural motion produces the linear displacement motion of valve member (2). Such a configuration permits very short switching times with compact dimensions.

  • Patent number: 6496092
Abstract: An electromagnetic drive device is proposed comprising an electromagnet (21) having a magnetizable core (22) with a plurality of limbs (23 and 24) and an energizable winding arrangement (35) surrounding at least one limb (23 and 24) of the core (22). Furthermore there is a magnetizable magnet armature (15) able to be moved in relation to the core ((22) by varying the winding arrangement current. The (22) core has at least one U arrangement and is formed essentially by a plurality of sheet metal elements (30) resting against each other and extending athwart the direction of the parallel limbs (23 and 24), the parallel limbs being respectively surrounded by one winding (33 and 34) of the winding arrangement (35).
