  • Publication number: 20230209703
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a component (1) comprising a printed circuit board (2) and a number of electrical components (3) arranged thereon. According to the invention, the electrical components (3) are pre-fixed on the printed circuit board (2), which is formed of plastic, by means of a fixing adhesive (9) and then completely encapsulated with an UV-adhesive (8).

  • Patent number: 10286610
Abstract: Joining regions in sandwich sheets having a plastic core layer disposed between two metal cover layers are desirable for purposes of joining sandwich sheets to other components by, for instance, fasteners and/or welded joints. Methods and apparatuses for producing such joining regions in sandwich sheets allow for durably form-fitting and/or force-fitting joints between the sandwich sheets and other components. Some methods may involve displacing plastic material of the core layer of the sandwich sheet out of the region to be joined. A predetermined force may be exerted perpendicular to a surface of the region to be joined when the core layer of the sandwich sheet is heated so that the plastic material of the core layer is softened and at least partially displaced. In turn, the metal cover layers of the sandwich sheet may be brought into contact with one another in the region to be joined.

  • Patent number: 3997521
Abstract: Compounds of the formula ##STR1## wherein each R.sub.1 is alkyl of 1 to 3 carbon atoms, andA is phenylene, substituted phenylene, diphenylene, substituted diphenylene or naphthylene, wherein each substituent of substituted phenylene is independently fluoro, chloro, bromo, methyl, methoxy, ethoxy, trifluoromethyl or cyano and each substituent of substituted diphenylene is independently chloro, bromo, methyl or methoxy,With the proviso the two CO--O--R.sub.1 groups on each ring are meta or para to each other. These compounds are eminently suitable as pigments for the mass pigmentation of synthetic polymers and resins such as polyethylene, polystyrene, polyvinyl chloride, poromerics and rubber latices.
