  • Publication number: 20110126940
Abstract: The invention relates to a filling system (1) for containers (2) fed into a filling device by means of a feeder device (3) and removed by means of a removal device (4), wherein at least one measurement device (5) is provided at least for weighing the filled container (2). The invention further relates to a measurement device (5) at least for weighing filled containers (2). In order to achieve that each container (2) can be subjected to fill level monitoring without interrupting the flow of containers, wherein reliable measurement data can be obtained at the same time regardless of foaming or of container tolerances, for example, the invention proposes that the at least one measurement device (5) is formed of a plurality of circulating measurement sensors (6) on which the containers (2) are transported from an inlet side (7) to an outlet side (8) while standing on the base thereof, and are simultaneously weighed, wherein the measurement sensors (6) circulate synchronously with the container flow.

  • Publication number: 20110011162
Abstract: The present application relates to a device for inspecting bottles or similar containers by introducing an inspection and/or monitoring fluid into said containers and by analysis, by an inspection station disposed on a transport path for the containers, of gas and/or vapor reaction products potentially generated in the interior of the container, at least two inspection stations at least for the analysis of the gas and/or vapor production products being disposed one after the other in the transport direction of the transport path.

  • Publication number: 20100125746
Abstract: A method calculating reliability parameters of a technical installation is provided. The reliability parameters are calculated using a modified Markov minimum cut method in which probabilities of a plurality of components failing on account of a common cause and the property of a component or subassembly with self-diagnosis are concomitantly included in the calculation of the reliability parameters. The input parameters for the calculation model are determined from messages and/or subsystems in the technical installation or from the overall installation. The failure and repair rates calculated may be used to predict the reliability, availability, maintainability and safety of the technical installation.

  • Patent number: 7097438
Abstract: A foaming agent charging and mixing device comprises at least one mixing device and one foaming agent metering device, wherein the foaming agent charging and mixing device may be arranged between an plasticating screw and a mold. In order to improve the foaming agent charging and mixing device in a manner that the mixing with foaming agent is facilitated and at the same time a risk of obstruction of the foaming agent metering device is avoided, the foaming agent metering device is alternately opened and closed through the mixing device during operation thereof for supplying foaming agent to the plastic melting.

  • Patent number: 6700705
Abstract: In order to improve a structure arrangement comprising a plurality of portions having a relief structure with an optical-diffraction effect, in particular for visually identifiable optical security elements for value-bearing documents, for example banknotes, credit cards, passes or cheque documents, or other articles to be safeguarded, in such a way that it can give a viewer an image impression which in particular is more homogenous and more brilliant than is possible with known structure arrangements, it is proposed that a predominant number of the portions is of strip or band configuration.
