  • Patent number: 11524440
Abstract: It is provided an apparatus for supporting the erection of a plastics profile during the start-up process of an extrusion line for the extrusion of plastics profiles. An initially bulky profile strand of the plastics profile, which is withdrawn through a calibration unit, can be enclosed by a profile guiding trim of a profile guiding device in front of a caterpillar take-off, wherein the profile guiding trim and/or the profile guiding device can be spatially fixed against a displacement in the extrusion direction in front of an inlet region into the caterpillar take-off and can be shifted and fixed with regard to the vertical and/or lateral position and/or can be rotated about the extrusion direction and be fixed.

  • Patent number: 10099319
Abstract: A device for connecting the ends of pipes, which are aligned, tack-welded and made of steel, by an orbital welding process using a welding joint formed by the pipe ends and using tools which can be orbitally moved about the welding joint for welding and checking the seam. The device includes guide base plates placed on both sides at each pipe end in the region of the welding joint and rigidly clamped to the pipe ends. The guide base plates centrally have a circular recess with a radial opening for the feed-through of the pipes to be welded. The guide base plates include clamping elements rigidly connected to each guide base plate face facing away from the welding joint, and a frame for receiving the welding and checking tools, the frame rotatably mounted between the guide base plates and centrally pivotal about the pipe ends by at least 360°.

  • Patent number: 10072786
Abstract: A metal conduit pipe, which is covered with an extruded layer made of polyamide molding compound, is used to produce a duct laid in water, wherein in the course of laying the duct, the coating is exposed to a shearing pressure load and/or a bending load due to laying method selected.

  • Patent number: 9982410
Abstract: The foundation structure of an offshore structure, for example of an offshore wind energy system, is composed of steel tubes sheathed by an extruded layer made of a polyamide moulding composition. This simultaneously ensures both good protection from corrosion and good protection from mechanical effects, giving the foundation structure markedly prolonged lifetime.

  • Patent number: 9574700
Abstract: A pipeline laid trenchlessly and/or without a sand bed is produced using a metallic conduit which is encased with an extruded layer of a polyamide molding material. In this way, the durability of the outer shell required for trenchless laying techniques without a sand bed is ensured.

  • Publication number: 20150060436
Abstract: A device is disclosed for connecting the ends of pipes, which are already aligned and tack-welded and which are made of steel in particular, by means of an orbital welding process using a welding joint which is formed by the pipe ends and using tools which can be orbitally moved about the welding joint for welding and checking the welding seam. The device includes guide base plates which can be placed on both sides at each pipe end in the region of the welding point and which can be rigidly clamped to said pipe ends. The guide base plates centrally have a circular recess with a radial opening for the feed-through of the pipes to be welded and for centrally receiving said pipes in the recess.

  • Patent number: 5289585
Abstract: A microprocessor system has a bus system for coupling several processing units, each having an appertaining private cache memory and a common main memory. When an address operation of a transaction is executed, a transaction identification number is generated and transmitted on the system bus to all other subscribers together with the fed address of the initiating subscriber. In each subscriber, memory means are provided for storing the transmitted address and the co-delivered transaction identification number. Simultaneously with the assignment of the system bus for further transmissions, the address stored in the memory means are monitored in test means of the subscribers, and after monitoring, a synchronization signal and possibly accompanying signals are set by all subscribers for the abortion or continuation of a transaction.
