  • Publication number: 20220161958
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for orienting and/or displacing a sterile object packaged in a film bag, comprising: positioning the film bag with the object packaged therein on a support surface so that an end region of the film bag is arranged between two gripper bars of a gripping device; clamping the end region between clamping surfaces of the gripper bars, the two gripper bars jointly forming a gripper assembly; winding a portion of the film bag adjacent to the clamped end region onto a peripheral portion of the gripper assembly; and orienting and/or displacing the object relative to the film bag by a further peripheral portion of the gripper assembly acting on the object in the winding step. The invention also relates to a device configured to carry out this method.

  • Patent number: 9673686
Abstract: In an electronically commutated DC motor having a stator unit (5) and a rotor unit (1) which is in the form of an external rotor, and having stationary sintered bearings (8, 9), the invention proposes that the rotor unit (1) is conductively connected to the shaft (3) in order to connect a conductive shielding, which is formed on the rotor unit (1), to a defined electrical potential, and that the sintered bearing (8, 9) is conductively connected to the potential, so that the shielding of the rotor unit (1) is capacitively coupled to the potential by means of the electrically insulating, oil-filled bearing gap which is arranged between the shaft (3) and the sintered bearing (8, 9). Therefore, a sliding contact is not required.

  • Patent number: 6542948
Abstract: A diagnostic device and a diagnostic method for use with a bus system that includes stations interconnected over a bus, one station of which is set up as the master station and the other stations being slave stations. A diagnosis operation is performed which allows differentiated fault information to be obtained with regard to individual outputs of the stations, where the expenditure for the diagnostic device is low. The diagnosis is achieved by providing a diagnostic device only in the master station, by storing voltage and/or current information on at least one output of at least one slave station to be diagnosed in the diagnostic device, and by performing the diagnosis of the outputs under preselected or preselectable conditions on the basis of a program stored in the master station.

  • Patent number: 6150782
Abstract: In a stop and jamming detection system in an electric motor, in particular a stepping or commutator motor, a parameter is determined by current measurement, from the profile of the instantaneous current by comparison with a reference value, as a signal for the stop and jamming detection system. In addition to sensing the current flowing through a winding of the motor, the instantaneous operating voltage and the resistance of the motor winding are sensed. All three parameters are conveyed to an analysis circuit. By comparison with reference values, a determination is made by the analysis circuit as to whether the motor is jammed or movable. Reliable and economical stop and jamming detection system for an electric motor, which is used in particular in a wide variety of operating conditions in motor vehicles.

  • Patent number: 6111380
Abstract: A stop and jamming detection system in a stepping motor determines a parameter from the profile of an instantaneous motor variable and compares it to a reference value. A signal for the stop and jamming detection system is generated therefrom. Provided for this purpose is an analysis circuit which detects, as the instantaneous motor variable, the voltage that is induced in at least one unenergized winding of the stepping motor and is brought about by an energized winding of the stepping motor, and analyzes it as to whether the stepping motor is jammed or movable. In the analysis by the analysis circuit, a decision is made as to a hard or an elastic jam. With a hard jam, the stationary armature means that no voltage is induced, while with an elastic jam, because the step is not completed, the recoil of the armature into its original position induces an opposite-phase voltage peak which is detected.
