  • Patent number: 9673672
Abstract: The aim is to propose an individual-segment rotor that is simple to construct and suitable for series production. Therefore, an individual-segment rotor having a plurality of laminated core segments (2) arranged in a star shape and a permanent magnet (1) between each pair of adjacent laminated core segments (2) is provided, whereby the laminated core segments and the permanent magnets are arranged in a hollow cylindrical assembly. The laminated core segments each have a plurality of individual sheets, which are rigidly connected to one another. The hollow cylindrical assembly has a groove on each of two outer edges, into which groove a ring (11) is inserted in order to fasten the assembly.

  • Patent number: 9450465
Abstract: In a method for producing a stator winding of a stator, an auxiliary element is positioned with its central axis in alignment with a central axis of the stator. Bobbins are arranged on the auxiliary element in uniformly spaced-apart relationship around the central axis of the auxiliary element, and a circuit carrier is arranged on the auxiliary element radially inside the bobbins. Coils are formed by winding a conductor wire for each phase of the stator winding onto a corresponding one of the bobbins and routed via the circuit carrier to another one of the bobbins of this phase and wound thereon. Each of the bobbins is pivoted with the coils about a pivot so as to enable the bobbins to pivot up onto radially outwardly protruding stator teeth of the stator from radially outside.

  • Patent number: 7692356
Abstract: The invention relates to an electric machine (1) comprising a stator (21) and a rotor. The stator (21) includes at least one winding system having a plurality of coils (2) wherein start and end of the corresponding coils (21) is fixed on an end face of the stator (21) by means of a circuit support (7) and contacted in such a manner as to obtain predeterminable connections of the coils (2).

  • Patent number: 7202582
Abstract: An electric machine includes a stator having a plurality of slots and a winding system having windings placed in the slots. The windings of the winding system are interconnected by at least one flexible circuit board which is constructed for attachment to a radial surface area of the stator and for connection to the windings.

  • Patent number: 6483221
Abstract: A method of producing a laminated core of a stator of an electric motor, includes at least one laminated core of a stator formed by stacked sheet-metal laminates, which have mechanical individual poles and of poles connected in the circumferential direction of the stator, at least one pole shank and at least one pole shoe facing a rotor. The sheet-metal laminates are configured with indentations and protrusions and, as a result, the sheet-metal laminates form the laminated core of the stator by interengagement of the indentations and protrusions. The mechanical poles of the laminated core of the stator have windings, and webs are provided between the poles to connect the connected mechanical poles in the circumferential direction. The axial set-up of the sheet-metal laminates of the laminated core of the stator has a predeterminable alternating succession of poles with a connecting web and poles without a connecting web.
