  • Patent number: 11458837
Abstract: A drive-train of an agricultural machine, such as a tractor, has a power-split transmission (1) and a separate transfer case (2). The transfer case (2) can be connected to a drive motor and the gear ratio of the transfer case (2) can be adapted in such manner that the power-split transmission (1) can be used for various drive powers.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: February 5, 2020
Date of Patent: October 4, 2022
    Assignee: ZF Friedrichshafen AG
Inventors: Walter Fischer, Jürgen Pohlenz, Jan Baudis, Christian Herrmann

  • Patent number: 10024412
Abstract: A transmission device with secondarily coupled power splitting, having hydrostatic and mechanical branches which can be summed by a summing gear system provided in the area of a central transmission shaft. At least two transmission ratio ranges, in the forward and reverse driving directions, can be obtained such that within the transmission ratio ranges the transmission ratio can, in each case, be varied continuously by a hydrostatic variator in the area of the hydrostatic branch. On the transmission input side, the central transmission shaft can directly couple a drive engine and functionally connect to both an auxiliary drive output shaft and a hydrostatic shaft of the variator, in the form of countershafts, and also to hydraulic pumps in the area of the transmission input. In the area of the transmission output, the central transmission shaft is coupled to a further hydrostatic shaft in the form of a countershaft.

  • Patent number: 9964194
Abstract: A power split transmission which has a first part (2) and a second part (22). The first part (2) includes a variator (10), a summing gearset (6) and a shiftable transmission gear assembly (18). A standard transmission can be used as the multispeed transmission (23).

  • Publication number: 20170350486
Abstract: A powershift transmission for agricultural machines, which is of modular design and has a first part (1) with a splitter group (3) and a second part (2) with a multi-speed transmission (4). The splitter group (3) is designed such that the rotational direction of the input shaft (5) and the rotational direction of the output shaft (8) remain the same, even when shifts are carried out in the splitter group (3).
